Who we are at LunaC

We are the quiet storm behind properly closed contracts.

LunaC Ventures LLC is a virtual-first strategy consultancy with global reach, led by founder Greg Jensen — a Bronze Star recipient, two-time Master's degree holder, over forty-year veteran of federal acquisition and logistical sciences, and unapologetic evangelist for the idea that vague deliverables are a personal insult.

Greg spent twenty-six years in the United States Air Force as a contracting officer, acquisition, logistics and supply subject matter expert, and quality assurance lead — from the Pentagon's three-billion-dollar portfolio to the dusty contracting cells of Basrah, where he awarded over five hundred humanitarian reconstruction projects from an eighty-million-dollar budget, fueled by black coffee and moral clarity. Since leaving the uniform he has managed one billion in prime and subcontracts at several governmental agencies and support related organizations (delivering two hundred and four million in negotiated savings), scaled a Middle Eastern defense-sector start-up to an average of three hundred eighteen million annually in new awards despite a fifty percent client budget cut, and advised more than thirty freelance clients across construction, A&E, healthcare staffing, IT, logistics, aerospace, and overseas trading since 2019.

Around him, LunaC Ventures is built as a virtual bench of subject matter experts spanning Government, SLED, industry, and commercial procurement, logistics, contracting and acquisition — fluent in FAR, DFARS, VAAR, GSAR, and all the dialects of bureaucracy spoken only during IG inspections and three a.m. surge buys. We've stood up GSA MAS offers, rebuilt Opportunity Atlas libraries from scratch, drafted compliance matrices nobody else could find the energy to draft, and written the runbooks our clients now circulate like contraband.

What we believe

Small and mid-size firms deserve the same caliber of strategy that large primes buy by the hour. Citations beat claims. Templates should reduce existential dread, not cause it. Every deliverable should pass the 4:45 p.m. Friday test. And the best strategy meeting ends with someone saying "Let's ship it Monday."

Who we're for

Founders, small-business owners, SDVOSB and WOSB and SDB firms, established contractors pursuing their next win, and anyone who has ever opened a solicitation at 11 p.m. and felt the cold wind of Section L. We've been there. We brought the templates.

Strategize. Win. Succeed.

More about the LunaC Family

We are a family of federal acquisition professionals who turned thirty-nine years of breakfast-table contracts talk into a consultancy.

LunaC Ventures LLC is, quite literally, the Jensens. Between us we cover every leg of the contract lifecycle — strategy, award, administration, and the procurement operations that keep the whole thing honest — because we've been doing it, together and apart, for the better part of four decades.

What this means for our clients

When you hire LunaC Ventures, you are not buying a transaction. You are borrowing a family business's worth of acquisition instinct — three professionals who have stood at every point in the procurement lifecycle, speak the same vocabulary, and argue with each other at holidays about the finer points of FAR Part 15. If your engagement needs a Contracting Officer's point of view, it comes from at least two professionally and time tested proven Contracting Officers. If it needs sourcing operations, it comes from people who run and positive operated full spectrum sourcing operations. If it needs the overall strategy, it comes from the teamed professionals who have the spreadsheet shadowed by a Bronze Starred service.

Small and mid-size firms deserve THIS caliber of strategy. We built this to give it to them.

Strategize. Win. Succeed.

  • Aiden Jensen, Creative Team - Publishing (Intern)

Aiden is on the Muse side of LunaC Kids, the series where the art comes before the story - a lyric, a canvas, a verse, and then a book that answers it. He develops the content and reviews the work against the only test that matters here: does the story still carry the spark, or did it wander off somewhere along the way. When it wanders, he says so.

  • Jax Jensen, Creative Team - Publishing and Communications (Intern)

Jax develops creative content for LunaC Kids and carries it outward - book descriptions, announcements, and the communications that put a title in front of the readers it was written for. He works the distance between a finished book and a reader who does not know it exists yet, and he closes it.

  • Logan Jensen, Creative Team (Intern)

Logan works across the LunaC Kids list, contributing to story development and creative direction for the Storytellers imprint. He brings the perspective the books are written for, which usually turns out to be the most challenging perspective.
